energy of a first conversation -someone who can turn an inquiry into genuine interest, and




genuine interest into a qualified, sales-ready lead. This role sits at the front line of the
customer journey, where speed, consultation quality, and process discipline directly shape
how many conversations turn into bookings.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Lead Conversion: Drive lead conversions across calls, WhatsApp, and email,
moving inquiries efficiently through the pipeline.
● Client Engagement: Ensure high-quality client engagement and consultation
standards at every touchpoint.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Product
teams for smooth, timely closures.
● Escalation Handling: Manage escalations for high-priority clients and critical cases
