TikTok sits at the absolute core of our customer acquisition, creator commerce, and brand scaling strategy. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven TikTok Lead to own and scale our entire TikTok ecosystem from scratch.

The Mission
You will be the architect and operator of our end-to-end TikTok growth machine for the US market. This is a high-ownership role bridging paid performance, creator whitelisting, TikTok Shop, and affiliate commerce. You will identify breakthrough creator content, scale high-converting Spark Ads, and turn TikTok into a dominant revenue-generating channel.

What You Will Own
Performance Marketing & Paid Amplification: Build, run,



and scale paid acquisition on TikTok Ads Manager. Master Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, and audience bidding strategies to scale spend while protecting CAC, CPA, ROAS, and contribution margins.
Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem: Scout, negotiate with, and nurture a high-performing roster of US TikTok creators and affiliates. Provide hook-driven creative briefs and build incentive structures that drive consistent creator-led GMV.
TikTok Shop & Social Commerce: Manage full commercial performance across TikTok Shop—from listings, product bundles, and inventory coordination to scaling affiliate participation and conversion rates.
Creative Testing & Live Selling: Develop structured creative testing systems across hooks, angles, and TikTok-native storytelling. Experiment with live-selling programs, demonstrations, and limited-time drops to drive real-time conversion.
Data & Channel Analytics: Own unit economics end-to-
