Responsibilities:

Evaluating fashion trends, consumer buying patterns, and target market demographics.
Planning merchandise categories, product assortments, pricing strategies, and sales budgets based on market demand and business projections.
Managing demand forecasting, stock allocation, inventory movement, markdowns, promotions,



and overall stock optimisation across locations.
Building and maintaining a robust supplier base to ensure the right quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.
Analysing sales performance through reports, MIS, forecasting, and data-driven business insights.
Coordinating with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of styles and collections aligned with market trends.
Handling online sales, website orders, customer queries, and ensuring seamless order execution and customer service.
Managing exhibitions and trade shows, including sales, client interactions, coordination, and overall setup execution.
Managing MBO relationships, sales coordination, stylist and PR collaborations, including celebrity and influencer dressing.
