You will own customer growth, build long-term relationships with foundries, and drive adoption of high-impact, value-added products like CarbonMax, GraphiMax, MagMax, BariMax, and specialized additives.

Your Role at a Glance
Role: Business Development / Technical Sales
Experience: 3–7 years
Location: Coimbatore/ Chennai
Reporting to: Assistant General Manager – Sales
Qualification: B.Tech Graduate (MBA is a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive consultative, solution-led sales of value-added industrial products
Build and grow key foundry accounts across regions
Identify recent customers and unlock repeat, high-value business
Work closely with technical teams to conduct trials and prove product performance
Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure seamless order execution
Track market trends, competition, and customer insights to shape category growth
Own pricing conversations by demonstrating technical and commercial value
