Conduct Virtual audits of the centre and prepare reports accordingly
All the observations /issues to be shared as per defined TAT
100% audit points to be captured and reports to be published accurately
Escalate critical or unresolved issues as per escalation matrix.
Analyze repeated complaints and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, field staff, etc.) for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all the observations shared with stakeholders
Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on issue handling and TAT compliance.
