Domestic BPO experience required
Tamil is mandatory

2️⃣ Assistant Manager – Training

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
International BPO training experience required

3️⃣ Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Strong L&D; experience in a BPO environment

4️⃣ Lead – L&D; Trainer

CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Experience in Soft Skills Training
Must have delivered training batches




LMS tool experience is mandatory
We're Looking For

✅ Relevant experience in the respective role
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Experience in the BPO/Contact Center industry
✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred
