Company Description Comunicare Therapy Centre provides speech therapy services to individuals across all age groups, with a focus on building effective communication and supporting functional independence. The centre specializes in a wide range of conditions, including oral motor dysfunction, speech sound disorders, stuttering, voice problems, and language development challenges. Services extend to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD/ADD, intellectual disability, and genetic disorders such as Down syndrome and Williams syndrome. The team also works with clients experiencing feeding and swallowing difficulties, as well as communication issues related to stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, and dementia. Clinicians collaborate closely with families and caregivers to deliver personalized, evidence-based intervention plans.
Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a clinical setting.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapy goals based on client outcomes and needs. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, educate families and caregivers on home programs, and participate in case discussions and clinical reviews. This is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to assess and treat a diverse range of communication needs.
Experience working with Communication Disorders, including fluency, voice, articulation, and social communication challenges.
Competence in managing Language
