This is a commission-only freelance opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.
Earn 10%–15% commission for every successfully closed and paid client project you bring to the company. Commission percentage may vary depending on the project value, service, and business terms.

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Freelance Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads, approach potential clients, pitch our services, and close current business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, or freelance sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms.




Identify and approach businesses that require IT and digital solutions.
Search and apply for relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
Prepare professional proposals and project bids.
Communicate with domestic and international clients.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and requirement discussions.
Promote website development, e-commerce, mobile app development, custom software, digital marketing, and automation services.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation → client communication → negotiation → closing.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project onboarding.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regularly report business development activities.
