The Collective Co is a Marketing Studio working across branding, content, social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and production.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day management of our clients’ social media presence and ensure their channels are consistent, relevant, and well maintained.
What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned client accounts.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars in coordination with the internal creative team.
Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
Assist the internal creative team in maintaining consistency in each brand’s tone of voice, content themes, and posting style.
Keep track of relevant social media trends, formats, and cultural moments.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and coordinate responses when required.
Keep social media pages organised, up to date,



and aligned with the approved content plan.
Track basic social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Monitor content performance and highlight key observations or areas of improvement.
Ensure all content is reviewed, approved, and published accurately and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably at a digital agency or marketing setup.
Good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, etc.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
A genuine interest in social media, trends, and digital culture.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and client servicing teams.
