Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager responsible for building and scaling a global software engineering practice. Reporting directly to the CTO/CEO, the role will define and evolve engineering strategies, drive the AI/ML Centre of Excellence, and strengthen Cloud-native, Mobile and Web-based product delivery practices. The role will drive capability and technology adoption, partner with Sales,



Pre-sales and Delivery on strategic engagements, and ensure engineering and delivery excellence aligned with Idyaite’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow the global software engineering practice across technology domains and verticals.
Define and embed best practices, methodologies and frameworks for modern software delivery, including Cloud-native, Agile, DevSecOps and AI-enabled engineering.
Build capability and talent roadmaps; recruit, mentor and develop engineering leaders and teams.
Lead solution and technical architecture, system design and technology roadmaps for scalable, secure and reliable solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Gen AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, RAG, microservices, event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
Partner with Sales, Pre-sales and Delivery to understand client needs, shape solutions, contribute to proposals and support strategic engagements.
