Qualification
Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed institute with PG / PG-Diploma in Construction / Project Management from NICMAR or equivalent institute.

Experience
Min 12 -15 years of hands-on experience which shall include experience in on site Construction, Project Planning,
Labour Management etc...
Should have handled large projects as projects in-charge. Willing to travel extensively to various projects site.

• Internal Co-ordination with Design and Sales Department
• Effective management of Resources including Manpower & Machines
• Client Communication
• Project Planning and Control
• Project Budgeting and Cost Control
• Site Vendor Management
• Manpower Planning
• Regular site visits for inspection, client interaction
• Billing and Payment Collection
• Contracts closure
• Monthly Target Billing
