About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, GST, TDS, banking, and general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, customer/vendor accounts, and bank accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
GST & Statutory Compliance
Assist in GST compliance, including invoice verification, input tax credit reconciliation, and return preparation.
Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
Maintain records required for statutory and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Bank & Reconciliation
Perform regular bank reconciliations.




Track outstanding receivables and payables.
Coordinate with banks and internal teams for transaction-related issues.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare monthly accounting reports and basic MIS.
Support management with financial data and analysis.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Audit & Documentation
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and schedules.
Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Ensure systematic filing and maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and general accounting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Manufacturing/FMCG experience will be an added advantage.
