Role Description The Principal Associate – Corporate Advisory (Law Firms) will be responsible for leading and managing corporate advisory mandates, particularly for law firm clients, and providing strategic legal counsel on complex transactions and regulatory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, leading due diligence exercises, advising on corporate governance and compliance frameworks, and coordinating cross-border matters related to decarbonisation and digitalisation. The role involves supervising junior team members, contributing to client training and thought leadership, and collaborating with litigation and arbitration teams on corporate crisis and regulatory investigations. The Principal Associate will engage directly with clients, support business development initiatives, and help shape internal processes and knowledge management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
