We’re Hiring | Sales Associate - Emercom Labs

Emercom Labs is looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team and drive client acquisition and onboarding for our AI-powered commerce solutions.

This is a target-driven sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating business opportunities, and converting prospects into active clients.

? Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients across relevant business segments.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and present relevant Emercom Labs solutions.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting → pitch → negotiation → client onboarding.
Achieve defined monthly/quarterly client onboarding targets.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and newly onboarded clients.
Keep sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline information updated.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

? What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident,



persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
Sales, business development, or client acquisition experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in sales are also welcome.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
