The Role
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to own conversations with customers worldwide — understanding what is actually blocking their business, matching it to the right solution, and growing the account from there. This is a consultative role: you are measured on solved problems and expanded accounts, not on dials made.
You will be the customer's first real conversation with Runable and often their most important one. Most of your day is live customer contact — calls, demos, follow-ups — with the rest spent on research, CRM hygiene, and working with product and support to get answers you can stand behind.

Location : Banaglore - 6 days work from office

What You'll Do




Run discovery conversations with customers and prospects across regions, diagnosing the real pain point behind the request they came in with.
Recommend solutions you can defend — the right plan, module, or workflow for their business, and a explicit no when Runable is not the fit.
Deliver product demos tailored to the customer's business, not a generic feature tour.
Own upsell and cross-sell: spot expansion signals in usage and conversations, build the business case, and close the upgrade.
Manage the full inside sales cycle end to end — qualification, evaluation, objection handling, negotiation, and close.
Drive renewals and account health in partnership with support, catching churn risk before it shows up in the numbers.
Keep the CRM accurate and current: every conversation logged, every pipeline stage honest, forecasts you can be held to.
Follow up relentlessly and professionally across email, phone, and chat until there is a clear decision either way.
