Training Faculty – Hospitality & Facility Management

Handy sQuad is looking for an experienced and passionate Training Faculty / Hospitality Trainer to join our in-house Training Academy.
Our Academy focuses on developing job-ready professionals through industry-oriented training in Hospitality, Housekeeping and Facility Management, with a strong focus on practical skills, professional development and career opportunities.
We are looking for a trainer who can effectively combine academic knowledge, practical demonstrations and industry experience to prepare students for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classroom and practical training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Housekeeping Operations, Hotel Operations and Facility Management.
Plan and deliver structured training sessions using presentations, demonstrations, activities and practical exercises.
Provide hands-on training in housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, hygiene and sanitation, safety standards, guest service and workplace practices.




Develop students' technical, communication, behavioural, soft and employability skills.
Mentor students and support their qualified and career development.
Conduct theoretical and practical assessments, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for job interviews, workplace expectations, industry placements and career opportunities.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure training programs are aligned with current industry requirements.
Maintain training plans, attendance, assessment records and student performance reports.
Continuously update training content based on industry standards, hospitality practices and facility management requirements.
