We are seeking a energetic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility and engagement through strategic partnerships with influencers across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall communication goals.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers relevant to brand objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track ROI of influencer collaborations.
Collaborate with PR, social media, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and prepare detailed reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and brand guidelines.
Plan, create,

Develop and maintain a content calendar in alignment with influencer campaigns and overall communication strategy.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within communications/media.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement tools.
