Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent guest service and dining experience
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations as per hotel standards
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
• Maintain service, hygiene and grooming standards
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen and other departments
• Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
• Hotel Management qualification preferred
• Relevant F&B; Service experience preferred for Senior GSA
• Freshers may apply for GSA
• Valuable communication and guest-handling skills
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
