About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and driven sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, feel comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, and be passionate about building relationships and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and position our technology/services solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to create compelling proposals and solutions.




Track opportunities and sales activities in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / IT services / SaaS/technology sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to communicate with CXOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
Good understanding of consultative selling and lead generation.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote workplace.
Good proficiency with LinkedIn, email, CRM, and online sales tools.
