Role Description This is a full-time, in office Branch Manager role based in Chennai. The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, including managing dispatch and deliveries, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to service standards and timelines. The role involves monitoring branch performance, handling customer escalations, and implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. The Branch Manager is responsible for coordinating with regional and head office teams, managing budgets,

Qualifications
