Help learners understand DevOps principles, practices, culture, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Guide learners in understanding cloud infrastructure concepts across AWS and/or Azure.
Support learners in understanding and applying CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, release, and deployment processes.
Mentor teams on infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
Guide learners in understanding version control and collaboration workflows using Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Support learners in designing and implementing containerised applications using Docker and introduce relevant orchestration concepts such as Kubernetes where applicable.
Help learners understand cloud networking, compute, storage, IAM, and setting management fundamentals.
Mentor learners in developing automation scripts and workflows to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Introduce learners to monitoring, logging, alerting,



and observability practices for cloud and application environments.
Reinforce DevSecOps principles, including security, access management, secrets management, vulnerability awareness, and secure deployment practices.
Help learners understand incident management, troubleshooting, error handling, and root-cause analysis within DevOps environments.
Guide teams in applying reliability, scalability, availability, cost optimisation, and operational best practices when designing solutions.
Enable learners to make and justify technical decisions using data, technical documentation, real-world use cases, and industry best practices.
Coach teams to develop a conceptual end-to-end DevOps solution, covering source control, infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes using the provided tools and datasets/projects.
Lead, mentor, and anchor learner project teams throughout all sprints and deliverables.
