About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a robust technical background to join the People & Culture Technology team at a global enterprise organization.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business requirements, enterprise applications, cloud technologies and system integrations. You will cooperate closely with Product Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, Cybersecurity teams and external technology vendors.
Your main responsibility will be to understand business and product requirements, assess their technical feasibility and translate them into clear technical requirements and integration solutions.
This is a hands-on technical Business Analyst role. You will not only document requirements,
but also investigate APIs, validate integrations, analyze data flows and support Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and product requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements.
Work closely with Product Delivery Leads and Solution Architects to assess the feasibility and impact of new features.
Analyze existing systems and identify integration dependencies, technical limitations and potential risks.
Work with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone and other HR/P&C; solutions.
Analyze and validate REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks and API payloads.
Review API documentation, SDK capabilities, authentication mechanisms and data models.
Support the design and validation of integrations between SaaS platforms and cloud environments.
Create and document data-flow diagrams, integration scenarios and technical requirements.
