We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who loves creators, thrives in social spaces, and knows how to make collaborations both highly engaging and strictly ROI-positive.

Location: Remote (Bengaluru preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Scout & Scale: Identify, shortlist, and onboard high-performing nano, micro and mid-tier influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms for diverse brand campaigns.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term, genuine relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Strategic Negotiation: Pitch and negotiate collaborations that maximize ROI, ensuring exceptional value while staying within budget.
Trend Spotting: Monitor content formats, viral audio,



and cultural trends to organically plug Swaykart’s campaigns into the cultural zeitgeist.
End-to-End Execution: Coordinate transparent influencer briefs, manage timelines, ensure flawless content delivery, and track post-campaign performance metrics.
Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and execute innovative, data-backed influencer campaigns that translate brand goals into compelling social content.
Data Management: Maintain and optimize a comprehensive creator database tracking niche, audience segmentation, engagement rates, and cost structures on our platform.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital strategy.
The "Gift of Gab": An extroverted, natural networker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Trend-Fluent: Up-to-date with the absolute latest trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
