Role Objective
To own and drive the end‑to‑end business and product performance of the Phillip Capital App, ensuring seamless customer journeys, competitive features, technical performance, compliance, and measurable ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey Ownership
Optimize login, onboarding, and account activation flows.
Ensure frictionless order placement in cash segment and mutual funds, with all features customers expect.
Enable features for derivatives trading, with deep understanding of customer pain points and solutions aligned to end‑user needs.
Product Lifecycle Management
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
Use RICE scoring to prioritize initiatives quantitatively.
Apply MoSCoW categorization to align stakeholders on priorities.
Write explicit user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Competition Benchmarking & Feature Parity
Map cash segment, mutual fund, and derivatives features against the top 5 brokers,



ensuring Phillip Capital App offers all critical features customers use.
Document competitive gaps clearly and propose enhancements to close them.
Ensure benchmarking translates into higher adoption, trading volumes, and brokerage revenue.
Own the business success of the app as a measurable outcome.
Customer Feedback & Ratings
Monitor app ratings and reviews across platforms.
Analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and improvement areas.
Drive initiatives to improve ratings and customer satisfaction.
Usage & Revenue Metrics Ownership
Monitor and own key app metrics:
Number of customers trading via the app
Average orders placed per user
Brokerage generated through the app
Publish these metrics regularly to management, demonstrating the impact of product improvements.
Performance Monitoring
Continuously monitor app speed and responsiveness across segments.
Regularly test and validate that all feat
