Role Description :
The Accounts Receivable Executive will manage and monitor customer invoices, payments, and outstanding balances to ensure timely collection and accurate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, following up with clients on overdue payments,



and updating financial systems with collections and adjustments. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end closing activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular interaction with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain healthy cash flows and strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities and customer outstanding balances.
Follow up with customers for timely collection of outstanding payments.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.
Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely follow-up on overdue invoices.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice, billing, or payment-related queries.
Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts and payment entries.
