About the role
Ideaclan is hiring a Business Development Specialist for its VSL department in Panchkula. This is a newly created, business-critical role for an affiliate marketing professional who knows the PPC Travel, Ecom and Nutra verticals inside out. You will own the end-to-end growth of our partner ecosystem: identifying and onboarding recent affiliate networks and campaigns, building direct relationships with buyers and advertisers, negotiating commercials, and driving performance through disciplined tracking, payout management and reporting. If you thrive on numbers, negotiation and building long-term partnerships, this role gives you direct ownership of revenue outcomes.

Experience required
2-5 years of relevant experience, strictly within the Affiliate Marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch and onboard new affiliate networks, publishers and campaigns across the PPC Travel, Ecom and Nutra verticals.
Build and expand a pipeline of direct buyers and advertisers, converting relationships into active, revenue-generating campaigns.
Negotiate commercial terms,



payout structures and campaign caps that balance partner expectations with business margins.
Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships as the primary point of contact for performance, escalations and growth conversations.
Monitor campaign performance across tracking platforms and optimise placements, traffic sources and offers based on data.
Own accurate payout tracking, invoicing coordination and periodic performance reporting for assigned partners.
Track vertical trends, competitor offers and payout benchmarks to keep our campaign portfolio competitive.
Work closely with internal compliance, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure traffic quality and clean reconciliation.
Mandatory Skills
Experience strictly within the Affiliate Marketing industry, in the PPC Travel, Ecom and Nutra verticals.
Proven, hands-on experience onboarding affiliate networks and campaigns.
