Role Details
Reporting To - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

What would you be doing?
The CEO’s Office will be a strategic role, driving cross-functional priorities, tracking key business initiatives, providing strategic business insights,



and ensuring effective execution of strategic decisions across the organization. The role will also help shape and prioritize the CEO's agenda, and represent the CEO in select forums where required.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and critical projects.
Help prioritize and structure the CEO's time and agenda, curating issues and decisions that require direct CEO attention.
Drive end-to-end execution of CEO-prioritized projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Take ownership of key strategic projects and business priorities from problem definition through execution and closure.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and other functions to drive organizational priorities.
Serve as the primary coordination point with Tata Digital and Tata Group on cross entity reporting and organizational asks.
