The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Order Coordinator to manage and coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through final delivery. The role involves close coordination with clients, merchandising, production, sourcing, quality, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.




The ideal candidate should have solid communication and coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose
The Client Order Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the complete order lifecycle, maintaining accurate order information, following up with internal teams, communicating order updates to clients, and ensuring timely execution and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Order Coordination
Receive and coordinate customer orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
Review order details including styles, quantities, sizes, colors, delivery dates, and other specifications.
Maintain accurate and updated order status records.
Coordinate with clients regarding order requirements, clarifications, and changes.
Provide regular order status updates to clients.
Follow up with client
