We work with brands across jewellery, fashion, home décor, skincare, beauty, and lifestyle, managing Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, and full-funnel Google Ads strategies focused on measurable revenue growth.

The Role
We’re looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer who can independently manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our D2C eCommerce clients.

You’ll work directly with the founder, take ownership of campaign execution across multiple brands, and gradually contribute to account strategy, planning, and growth.

This is not a support role.
From day one, you’ll be expected to run campaigns, analyse performance, make bidding and budget decisions, identify opportunities, and communicate results confidently.

What You’ll Do
Set up, manage, and optimise Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns for D2C eCommerce brands.
Optimise Google Merchant Center product feeds, including titles, descriptions, product types, custom labels, and feed health.




Conduct keyword research, build negative keyword lists, and maintain search-term hygiene across accounts.
Monitor daily spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.
Identify performance issues, budget anomalies, tracking problems, and campaign inefficiencies proactively.
Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
Analyse campaign and customer data to identify actionable growth opportunities.
Prepare performance reports that explain what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly during weekly or fortnightly client calls.
Work closely with the founder on account strategy, seasonal campaigns, budget planning, and current client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with proven experience independently managing campaigns.
