Role Description The Senior Field Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for installing, configuring,



and maintaining Perleybrook Labs’ Flagman devices and related systems at customer locations. This role includes performing diagnostics, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and executing preventive maintenance to ensure continuous, reliable operation of video analytics and IoT solutions. The Senior Field Service Engineer collaborates closely with customers to provide technical support, train onsite personnel, and capture feedback to improve product performance and user experience. Day-to-day activities involve coordinating service visits, documenting work performed, adhering to safety and quality standards, and working with internal engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues. The role may require occasional travel to customer sites and partner facilities within the region.
Qualifications
Strong field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and support of hardware and software systems.
