? We’re Hiring: Sales Head | InfraX
InfraX is looking for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial Sales Head to lead our entire revenue function and build the next phase of our B2B growth.
This is not a “manage the sales team” role. You’ll own the revenue engine end-to-end — from GTM strategy and enterprise pipeline generation to closing high-value accounts and building a high-performing sales organization.

What you’ll own:
• Own annual revenue targets, sales quotas and commercial strategy
• Build and execute B2B GTM strategies across construction, infrastructure, mining, government and geospatial engineering
• Prospect, negotiate and close high-value enterprise accounts
• Build relationships with C-suite executives, Project Directors, Chief Engineers and senior decision-makers
• Develop a predictable, multi-stage sales pipeline and robust forecasting process
• Recruit, train and mentor Account Executives, BDRs and Solutions Engineers
• Define sales KPIs, quotas, incentives and performance systems
• Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth,



retention and expansion

What we’re looking for:
• 8–12+ years of progressive B2B technology sales experience
• 3–5+ years in a sales leadership role — Sales Manager, VP Sales, Head of Sales, etc.
• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS / enterprise software / technology platforms
• Robust track record of closing complex enterprise deals and consistently hitting revenue targets
• Experience across ConTech, GIS, geospatial technology, drone technology, industrial infrastructure or related sectors is a strong advantage
• Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical products to both business and technical stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
• A genuine startup/intrapreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, building from zero and getting your hands
