Role Description
We are looking for a E-commerce Manager for a full-time, on-site, 6 days a week role located in Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for managing marketplace and quick commerce operations end-to-end — from listings optimization and catalog hygiene to campaign execution to managing ad spends to sales growth and building solid marketplace relationships.



The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with marketplaces & quick commerce and understand the nuances of skincare, haircare and fragrance categories selling. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution and managing the team.

Job Role
· Oversee listings optimization (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords)
· Ensure catalogue hygiene — correct images, A+ content, attributes, pricing & stock updates and attribute accuracy is maintained across platforms
· Regularly audit listings to improve discoverability and conversions
· Manage new product onboarding across marketplaces
· Plan and execute marketplaces deals, opt-ins, seasonal sales & festival campaigns
· Expand and grow quick commerce channels (experience preferred)
· Strategize and monitor ad campaigns (sponsored ads, brand ads, display ads)
· Improve organic ranking and conversion rates through
