Role Purpose
The Business Analyst – Energy acts as the vital bridge between the Energy business unit and the Country operations teams.



This role is responsible for deeply understanding the needs of both external customers and internal teams to translate complex business requirements into data studies. From battery management systems and charging station software to internal analytical dashboards and customer-facing apps, you will ensure we build the right analyses to power our pan-African energy network.

Key Accountabilities
Operational Analytics & Studies: Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses on daily battery operations trends, station throughput, and network operational bottlenecks
Daily Problem Solving: Work closely with the Energy Head to solve daily operational challenges using data-driven frameworks
Collaboration: Represent the Energy team’s interests with central analytics teams and the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with Tech teams to build battery, station, and related energy data
Systems Design: Support the creation of internal tools, MIS, and analytical das
