Role Description The Flight Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily flight operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role coordinates aircraft scheduling, crew rostering, and operational planning,



working closely with ground handling, maintenance, and logistics teams to support seamless mission execution. The Flight Operations Manager monitors flight performance, resolves operational issues, and implements standard operating procedures aligned with aviation regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include managing documentation and reports, liaising with regulatory authorities and service providers, and optimizing resource utilization and cost controls. The role also involves continuous improvement of flight operations processes, supporting audits, and mentoring operations staff to uphold high standards of operational excellence.
