Role Description The WMS Specialist will manage and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) configurations, workflows, and integrations to support day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving WMS-related issues,



coordinating with operations teams to understand requirements, and translating them into effective system setups. The role involves creating and maintaining user documentation, training warehouse staff on WMS usage, and supporting inventory accuracy, order processing, and reporting. The WMS Specialist will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement enhancements, test new features, and ensure data integrity across systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar.
Qualifications
