About the role:
You own the creator side of our business. That means finding talent, matching them to the right brand briefs, negotiating the deal, and making sure the content lands on time and on brief.

You sit between brands, creators, and our internal team. It is part relationship building, part project management, part negotiation.

What you will do:

Talent sourcing and roster building
Identify and onboard influencers and creators across categories, tiers, languages, and platforms
Build and maintain a creator database with rates, niches, audience demographics, engagement quality, and past campaign performance
Keep the roster growing ahead of demand so briefs never go unfilled

Campaign execution
Translate brand briefs into creator briefs that get the deliverable right first time
Match the right creator to the right campaign based on audience fit, not just follower count
Manage timelines, approvals,



and revisions across multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
Review content against brand guidelines and disclosure requirements before it goes live

Deals and commercials
Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines
Issue contracts and manage documentation
Track creator payments and ensure they go out on time

Relationships
Be the person creators actually want to work with, because that is what gets you first access next time
Handle inbound creator and brand enquiries
Manage missed deadlines, quality issues, and difficult conversations without damaging the relationship

Reporting
Track campaign deliverables and performance
Share campaign wrap reports with brand clients

What we are looking for
2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, artist management, or creator partnerships
Comfortable negotiating and holding a position when someone pushes
Seriously organised.
