? We’re hiring: Brand, Social & Partnerships Intern

We’re building a coffee brand and looking for a high-energy, internet-native individual to help us build the brand from the ground up. You’ll get real ownership across social media, content, community, partnerships and brand-building — and a chance to actually see your ideas come to life.

What you’ll do:
Help plan, create and publish content across social platforms
Brainstorm and produce posts, Reels, short-form videos & Stories
Keep an eye on trends, conversations, comments and what’s happening on the internet
Help build and execute digital marketing campaigns
Track basic social media metrics and understand what’s working
Work with the team to keep everything on-brand, relevant and culturally interesting
Reach out to creators, communities, brands and potential partners and help make collaborations happen

We’re looking for someone who:




Knows the workings of social media & what’s actually working
Has great taste + lots of ideas
Is creative and enjoys storytelling + visual content
Is curious about consumer brands or D2C startups
Has basic familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Canva or similar platforms
Knows their way around Reels/short-form video creation (big plus)
Is proactive, resourceful and willing to figure things out
Is reliable, hungry to learn and excited to build

You’ll work directly with the founders across social media, content, creators, partnerships, community, events & brand-building.
