Role Description The Senior Civil Structural Engineer is a full-time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading and performing civil and structural design for solar , Bess and T&D; projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. The engineer will conduct detailed structural analysis, prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documentation, and review designs produced by junior team members and external consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, and project management), supporting tender and proposal development, and resolving technical issues during construction. The role also involves attending site reviews, ensuring quality and safety standards, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
