Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home Sales Business Development Trainee role focused on engaging prospective learners and families for Bhanzu’s math learning programs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery conversations to understand learner needs, and presenting Bhanzu’s offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The trainee will support the sales funnel by scheduling demos, following up with potential customers, and managing lead data in CRM tools. The role also involves coordinating with training and product teams to stay updated on curriculum, pricing, and promotions, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes. As a remote role, the position requires independent work, consistent communication with the team, and meeting or exceeding daily activity and conversion targets.
