Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to connect with clients,



understand their concerns and resolve issues related to our healthcare software solutions.

The role also involves guiding and training users on the proper use of the software, explaining features and workflows, and helping them improve their overall user experience. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal development teams to identify issues, provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with clients through phone, email and in-person communication to understand and resolve their issues.
* Provide technical support and guidance to users of our healthcare software solutions.
* Teach users how to use the software effectively and explain relevant features and workflows.
