Role Description The Customer Sales Expert will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their property needs,



and driving sales of NoBroker.com’s services through consultative conversations. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product features and benefits, resolving queries, and guiding customers through the property search and transaction process to ensure a positive experience. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer journeys and service quality. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South, with opportunities for freshers and candidates with 6–12 months of experience in customer-facing roles.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
Proven Sales and Retail Sales abilities, with comfort in working towards targets in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent Communication skills in English
