Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs, and promoting Euroasia Aquatic’s compliance, certification,



and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and consultations, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in networking events, and provide feedback to management on service improvement and potential new offerings.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Ability to understand and communicate government compliance, certification processes, and legal documentation requirements (such as Start-up India, ZED, GEM, ROC, LLP, MSME).
Familiarity with tender search, bid submission, and basic digital marketing concepts (website design, SEO, online business promotion) to support client growth strategies.
