Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Commercial to lead and oversee key commercial and operational functions across the organization. The role will have broad responsibility for Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Procurement, Supply Chain, Treasury & Working Capital, Government Tenders, HR & Administration, Plant Coordination and Statutory/Regulatory Liaisoning.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional operations in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical / specialty chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring Sales / Supply Chain & Logistics Department
Oversee end-to-end commercial operations and sales coordination to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and product deliveries.




Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery operations.
Monitor sales order booking, order processing, billing verification, dispatch documentation and related commercial activities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of commercial documentation to minimize revenue leakage and operational delays.
Drive effective Customer Relationship Management and coordinate with internal teams for timely customer collections.
Provide commercial support for customer sampling, technical requirements, quotations, documentation and other SCM-related activities.
Monitor customer commitments, order status, delivery schedules and commercial issues and ensure timely resolution.
