Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver engaging and highly interactive sales training programs through classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats.
Conduct training on consultative selling, customer engagement, prospecting, discovery, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
Facilitate role-plays, simulations, case studies, group discussions, mock sales calls, and real-life customer scenarios.
Conduct onboarding, refresher, and advanced sales capability-building programs for sales teams.
Create an energetic and participative learning workplace that drives practical application.
Sales Coaching & Capability Building
Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales professionals to improve selling effectiveness.
Coach participants on communication, active listening,



rapport building, questioning, needs discovery, value proposition, and persuasive selling.
Conduct call reviews, mock client conversations, and role-play assessments to identify individual skill gaps.
Provide actionable feedback and create development plans to address performance gaps.
Support sales teams in translating training concepts into day-to-day selling behavior.
Training Content & Module Development
Design and develop high-quality training content including PPTs, facilitator guides, videos, scripts, case studies, assessments, role-play scenarios, and sales playbooks.
Develop customized learning modules based on business requirements, audience profiles, sales processes, and industry needs.
Continuously update training content based on market trends, customer insights, product changes, and sales performance data.
