Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships,



and promoting NEXGEN’s thermoformed packaging solutions across target industries. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with production and design teams on customer requirements, and following up on leads to close deals. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, maintain CRM records, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and contribute to product positioning and promotional materials. The role involves regular training and knowledge updates on product features to ensure accurate communication with clients and effective support of customer service activities.
