Role Description:
Counsel students, graduates, and working professionals regarding career opportunities and professional courses.
Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
Recommend appropriate courses and learning programs offered by G-TEC JAIN Keerti Education.
Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, digital leads, and other channels.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Convert qualified leads into course enrollments while maintaining a strong student experience.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, career opportunities, certifications, and other relevant details.
Conduct centre visits and provide personalized counseling to walk-in enquiries.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM/data
