We are looking for a highly creative, commercially driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Digital to create compelling visual communication across a brand’s digital ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of creative design, performance marketing, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be able to create visually compelling, on-brand digital assets while understanding the importance of engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
The role requires a solid eye for aesthetics, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple digital platforms and formats.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design high-quality performance marketing creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
Create engaging assets for customer acquisition, retargeting, product launches, promotional campaigns,



and brand initiatives.
Develop digital creatives for websites, mobile applications, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM, and other digital touchpoints.
Translate campaign concepts into multiple creative formats, sizes, and platform-specific executions while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
Create static creatives, carousels, GIFs, and basic motion-led assets for digital campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Creative teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective visual communication.
Design creatives with a strong understanding of engagement, click-through rates, and conversion while maintaining high brand and aesthetic standards.
Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including changes in layouts, messaging hierarchy, hooks, product presentation, and visual treatments.
Rapidly iterate and optimize creatives based on campaign
