The Position

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director, India West/Enterprise to lead and accelerate OPSWAT’s sales organization and market growth in India.
This is a sales leadership opportunity for an experienced, hands-on cybersecurity sales leader who can build and run a lean, high-performing sales team, develop strategic customer and partner relationships,
and drive significant revenue growth across private sector enterprise markets.
The role will involve working closely with the VP of APJ Sales, global leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Team & Reporting
Leads a growing sales team of approx. 3-4 people Regional Sales Managers/Account Executives working closely with Solution Engineer, and Channel/Partner functions.
Reports to the VP of APJ Sales.
Based in Mumbai, India, with regular travel across India.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute the India West/Enterprise GTM and sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Personally engage in and help close strategic, high-value opportunities alongside the team.
Drive growth across private sector enterprise customers including BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing and other critical infrastructure sectors.
Build strategic relationships with key customers and executive stakeholders.
