About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, and React to join our Engineering team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle — from designing APIs and implementing backend business logic to developing responsive React interfaces and deploying reliable, production-ready features.

You will work closely with the engineering team to build scalable products, integrate third-party services, improve application performance, and contribute to technical planning and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend components using React.
Design and develop REST APIs, data models, validation rules, and background processing workflows.




Implement business logic and integrate third-party APIs and services.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Work with SQL databases, ORM tools, schema migrations, and database optimization.
Write unit/integration tests and ensure application reliability and maintainability.
Diagnose and resolve issues across both backend and frontend application layers.
Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries.
Follow best practices for error handling, logging, application security, and scalable architecture.
Use Git and participate in code reviews and collaborative development.
Contribute to technical planning, estimation, requirement understanding, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Work independently to understand requirements and deliver production-ready features.
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
