?The Role

As a Business Growth Associate – MarTech, you will be at the intersection of Technology, Marketing,
and Business Growth.

You don't need to code.

You need to understand technology, understand business, understand people, and know how to turn
opportunities into outcomes.

You will work with international clients, understand their business challenges, identify opportunities,
coordinate with internal technical teams, and help create solutions that make business sense.
This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional sales and build a career in
International Business Development, MarTech, SaaS, and Technology Consulting.

?What You’ll Actually Do:





Manage and respond to international business inquiries and qualified leads received from the Lead Generation Team.
Understand client businesses, challenges, requirements, and potential opportunities.
Qualify leads and identify which opportunities have genuine business potential.
Conduct warm calls, online meetings, and professional email communication with international prospects.
Build robust relationships with prospects and move conversations toward business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and translate business needs into structured requirements for internal teams.
Coordinate with Business Analysts and IT Technical Consulting/Bidding Teams to develop appropriate solutions.
Understand and communicate the value of Web, Mobile, Custom Software, AI Automation, SaaS, and MarTech solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and client responses.
